Kim Stotesbury is a Real Estate Broker and an Investor. She became the first Exclusive Buyers Agent in Cabarrus County January 1, 1993, and she believes that real estate is the best investment an individual can make.
As an educator, Kim teaches pre-license, post license and continuing education courses for J.Y. Monk Real Estate Training Center. She has received numerous awards for her efforts as an educator from several organizations including the North Carolina Real Estate Commission, The North Carolina Educators Association and Rowan Cabarrus Community College. These awards include the Billie Mercer "Excellence in Education" Award, Educator of the Year and Most Outstanding Program of the Year. Kim also holds the prestigious Distinguished Real Estate Instructor designation, and she is a graduate of the Realtor Institute. |
